Don't Give Up

Try, try, again is the age old adage, if you don't first succeed. We can keep moving forward if we never give up.

About this time of year many of us are taking inventory of where we are where we have been, and where we want to go as we move forward into this new year. I found that I really need to tighten up my daily schedule to include more exercise, and less carbs and fat in my diet.

I have been making small changes one at a time to eat more healthy whole foods and exercise on a regular basis. As I take inventory I can see I need consistency. Although I am better than I was, I am not where I envision myself to be "my best." I could waste my time and energy feeling sorry for myself, or beat myself up for not progressing as I think I should, but that would not be productive.

It's time to press into tightening up the areas where I didn't follow through, with my plan, to be the best me I can be.
