Well, things have been hopping. We moved inland and back to the "city life" with traffic, trains and planes as the background sounds of life, a far cry from the sea rolling onto shore or crashing against the rocks that calmed me just a few weeks ago. Things have been moving so fast we're busy, busy, busy, getting settled in.
In the mean-time, I haven't been getting my exercise or healthy meals that I was making a priority before the start of our move. I've been in pain from lugging boxes and got sick like I haven't been in 3 or 4 years. I know I can't keep up this pace if I don't take care of myself so now that I am feeling a little better it is imperative that I get back on track making moment by moment choices that lead to life.
I am setting up my home gym and getting back on my vegan shakes 2 meals a day. I should be gaining the health and strength I need to move into my new role as care giver and helper for my family members who need me in this new season.
This change has been a bit difficult for me but I am reminded of the scripture found in Ecclesiastes that states there is a season for everything under the heavens. I know that I will be blessed as I am a blessing to others, so I will give thanks to God in everything as it is his will for me.
