Life is full of ups and downs. Everything can be going great, when suddenly. a text or call comes in or a friend comes over with bad news. You gasp for air, steady yourself and cry out to God for his wisdom and help in dealing with whatever you need. We look to Gods' word in the bible because, his word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path.
Philippines 4:4-7
The peace of God transcends all understanding. It will guard our hearts and minds.
We can have peace when we: rejoice in the Lord always; Let our gentleness be evident to all.; Do not be anxious about anything; and communicate with God through prayer, petitioning (asking), with thanksgiving for our needs to be met.
